Discounts for Passengers with Disabilities
Welfare Discount Tickets
Passengers with disabilities (persons possessing Physical Disability Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate) and their caregivers are entitled to discounts on the Yurikamome Line according to the table below.
Applicable Conditions/Discount Rates
1. Those possessing Physical Disability Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate (excluding "Ai no techo")

- For each passenger with a disability, 1 caregiver can receive a discount.
- Discounts cannot be applied to child commuter pass.
- Discount commuter passes can be purchased by caregivers if the passenger with disability is under 12 years old.
2. Those possessing "Ai no Techo" (issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government)

- For each passenger with a disability, 1 caregiver can receive a discount.

How to Purchase
To purchase a welfare discount ticket, please consult the nearest station staff or use the interphone at the ticket machine. Identification must be presented at the time of purchase.
Carrying Identification
Please carry your Physical Disability Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate and present it to station staff when requested.
Using IC Cards (Registered/Unregistered PASMO, My Suica, Suica)
IC cards are not eligible for welfare discounts. You cannot replace it with a Child PASMO, etc.

Using IC Cards (¥1 units)
Boarding and Exiting Procedures
At the Boarding Station
- Please touch your IC card to the reader when entering. (Caregivers must also touch their cards when entering.)
※Please consult the nearest station staff or use the interphone at the ticket machine if you require assistance to board the train or have any questions.
At the Destination Station
- Without touching your card at the ticket gate, please contact the station staff at the counter by using the interphone at the fare adjustment machine.
- ※The pre-discount fare will be deducted upon touching your card at the ticket gate.
- Your identification will be checked.
※Please consult the nearest station staff or use the interphone at the ticket machine if you require assistance to board the train or have any questions. - The discounted fare will be deducted from your IC card.
For those passengers with hearing difficulties, please present your identification face up when using the interphone. The discounted fare will be applied once the welfare discount has been determined. - Please exit the ticket gate without touching your card to the reader.

Boarding and Exiting Procedures
At the Boarding Station
- Please contact the nearest station staff or use the interphone at the ticket machine.
- Your identification will be checked.
When using the interphone, your identification will be checked using the attached monitor. - Discounted paper tickets are available for purchase at ticket machines.
(For those passengers with hearing difficulties: please present your identification face up when using the interphone. Once your eligibility for the welfare discount has been confirmed, the screen functions will change to allow the purchase of tickets at the welfare discount price.)
At the Destination Station
- Please exit the ticket gate without touching your card to the reader.
