This large-scale, future-inspired complex was created in September 2020. It is a state-of-the-art smart building that utilizes the latest sensor technology and AI cameras to provide real-time information on restaurant and restroom congestion. In addition, a rich natural environment has been established around the staircase-like skip terraces on the 2nd through 6th floors, where glutinous rice and vegetables are grown without pesticides, and beekeeping is conducted.

This is an office building for the new era that coexists with nature, embodying the concept of "biodiversity" in Tokyo, where green spaces have been lost due to the decline of trees and forests caused by the concentration of population and the decline of the agriculture and forestry industries.
