Passengers with commuter pass (electronic commuter pass, Suica/PASMO pass), train ticket, coupon ticket, one-day pass, etc. for the concerned train journey can use the alternative transport service.
*Passengers boarding with the charge remaining in their Suica/PASMO pass are not eligible for the alternative transport service as you have not been charged for the fare to the destination when entering the ticket gate.
