Q4How many tickets can I purchase at one time?

You can purchase up to 10 tickets per ticket type in a single transaction for the "One-Day Pass" and "24-Hour Pass".
The ticket set that includes an admission ticket to a facility along the train line and a train ticket is different for each product.

Q5How do I board the train?

From the "My Page" section of the dedicated sales site (external), select your purchased ticket and tap the "Start Use" button to display a QR code.
Hold the displayed QR code up to the QR reader at the designated ticket gate to board the train.

Q6Can I get a refund for my ticket?

"One-Day Pass" and "24-Hour Pass" are refundable only if they have not been used and are still valid.
A refund fee of ¥220 will be charged for refunds.
