QR Mobile Tickets are digital tickets that allow you to board by purchasing them online in advance via your smartphone or similar device, then holding the QR code displayed on your smartphone up to the QR reader at compatible ticket gates.

How to use

Usage Example

Purchase your ticket in advance on your smartphone or other device. At the station, simply hold the QR code displayed on your smartphone up to the QR reader at the compatible ticket gate. You can board without waiting in line at the ticket machine.

Q1Do I need to register in advance?

Registration is required for each sales site and app. You can register for each service individually, or use your Google, Apple, or other ID to sign in.

Q2What payment methods are available?

Various credit cards and Code payment services are accepted.
Please note that this may vary depending on the sales site or app, so be sure to check the terms and conditions for each service.

Q3Are there specific sales hours?

You can purchase tickets anytime, 24/7.

Q4How many tickets can I purchase at one time?

This varies by each sales site, app, or product.
Please check the notes for each service.

Q5How do I board the train?

Select your purchased ticket from the My Page section of each sales site and tap the "Start Using" button to display the QR code.
Hold the displayed QR code up to the QR reader at the designated ticket gate to board the train.

Q6Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Yurikamome "various tickets" are refundable only before use (unused and within the validity period).
A refund fee of ¥190 applies to standard tickets, and ¥220 applies to other tickets.
The ticket set that includes an admission ticket to a facility along the train line and a train ticket is different for each product.
