Inheriting the legacy of the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the park fully opened in October 2024 as a sports park integrating urban sports facilities, exercise facilities, and dining facilities.
Under the theme of "Turning the former site into a sacred site where everyone can play together," the park features urban sports facilities such as a skateboard park and indoor bouldering, as well as athletic facilities such as an outdoor athletic track and a running stadium. There are also cafes, restaurants, and other dining facilities, as well as a dog salon.
