Carrying the Osaka-Kansai Expo's achievements into the future

The Osaka-Kansai Expo was held under the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," as a "living lab for the future" where visitors could experience what life and society may look like in the years ahead.

This exhibition brings the "near future" envisioned at the Expo to Tokyo, with a focus on the future of food and healthcare displays that drew widespread attention.

In addition, as symbolized by "Komyaku," we also spotlight the Expo's design, which was born from citizens' ideas and participation.
We look back on the design system that tied the entire venue together through a single shared vision, as well as the many experiments scattered throughout the site, including rest areas and restrooms designed by young architects.

Even after the Expo ends, the ideas, technologies, and the joy of imagining the future will live on.
